To be a current, professionally trained Realtor, education is imperative. I find it vital to my business success and your buying and selling success to be as educated as I possibly can be.
Since becoming licensed in 2005, I have completed over 200 hours of classroom training. I chose elective courses that I believe to be the greatest benefit to the consumer. I hold the following accreditations:
ABR- Accredited Buyer Representative. This designation further educates on the art of the purchase for Buyers.
ASP- Accredited Staging Professional. This designation has served me very well with Selling Clients and is a complimentary service I offer to all Listing Clients.
e-Pro. e-Pro has been very helpful on both sides of the transaction, but especially the Listing side.
SFR- Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource. I have listed and sold both Short Sales and Foreclosures for third party vendors and banks. This designation was introduced in the crash of the market in 2008.
